Rent & Deposit

Rent is payable monthly in advance

Deposit is usually the equivalent of one months rent (under some circumstances this may be higher, i.e.those with pets)

Both the deposit and first months rent are payable in cleared funds, by the tenancy start date
Fees

Admin fee of £150, this secures the property subject to satisfactory referencing. Should a guarantor be reqired there is an extra £50 fee.
